Job Description
1. Administrational tasks e.g. checking visa requirements & applicationn and coordination of Tours requirements
2. Phone, fax and email attendance of any clients requirements
3. Provide clients with Tour packages and services in accordance to clients requirements
4. Arrange Tour Fulfillment by making/changing tour bookings, bus reservation, hotel booking
5. Follow up Clients confirmation, payment and documentation
6. Assist Clients with all their requirements during Tour
7. Ensure all documents, quotations, tour vouchers and invoices are processed accurately
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Nature: Permanent/Full Time – Operation Job
IF YOU
- are Indonesian native speaker, Male, Single, no more than 30 years old
- have University Graduate or Diploma
- are energetic, proactive and quick learner
- are willing to work overseas
- are MS Office & Internet Literate
- have experience in the travel or relevant industry (as Tour Guide)
- possess good communication skills
- can handle pressure calmly
- have Customer service attitude
- excellent English proficiency
